If you’ve ever tried to plan a large kids event you know that there can be a lot of moving parts to keep track of. Most vendors provide one or two attractions, so if you want to have multiple attractions you end up having to coordinate with multiple vendors. This can mean managing multiple contracts, invoices, set-up times and having to dedicate a staff member or volunteer to oversee all of it. WonderFest Play Co. Is truly a one-of a kind service because we handle the entire play experience from start to finish. We provide play equipment for children of all ages and will work with you to design a custom playscape to fit your needs.

Our carnivals are modular in nature so they can fit any layout. You tell us where the activities will go, whether that's a gym, playground, a field, or a parking lot, and we'll help you map out a layout that works. We will go over any additional needs such as electricity, water, etc. depending on the needs for your custom setup.

We handle every aspect of the Kids Carnival from start to finish. We deliver and set up before your start time, so everything is ready to go once the kids arrive and your volunteers can focus on other tasks. During the event, our staff stays on site to help keep the event fun and safe! At the end, we pack everything up and leave the space exactly as we found it. You don’t have to lift a finger!

Any event with children’s programming is automatically going to attract more families to the event. Not only are you able to advertise a free family attraction to your attendees, but we will also be advertising your event online and through our social media channels. This can help to expand your reach and introduce people to your event who might not see it otherwise.

The other way we help with fundraising is through our Give Back Program. When one of the attendees at your event books a paid service with us for a future date, we will donate a portion back to your organization.
